Drawings by Children in Texas ICE Facility Are a Cry for Help
Ninety-one pages of drawings and letters made by children detained at the Dilley Immigration Processing Center in South Texas were seized by US Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) in February, including messages such as “AYUDA POR FAVOR” (“HELP PLEASE”) and a note stating, “I am nine years old. Can you help me get out of this jail?
