It’s a Nightclub, a Book Fair, a Sauna, an Art Show, and More. It’s Basel Social Club!
In an Artnet News report, Andrew Russeth describes the latest edition of Basel Social Club, a free, late-night art-world event staged in a former UBS office building near Basel SBB station designed by Diener & Diener. The program runs daily from 4 p.m. to 3 a.m. through Saturday (technically into Sunday morning) and includes an underground-garage nightclub with performances by Jade Kuriki-Olivo (Puppies Puppies) and Ernestyna Orlowska. The lineup also features a late Tuesday-night set by Robin S., chef Pascal Steffen (Roots, two Michelin stars) providing private dining, I Never Read, Art Book Fair Basel on site, and participating dealers including P21 (Seoul), Soft Opening (London), and 4649 (Tokyo).
