Jack Lang Steps Down from Paris’s Institut du Monde Arabe After Appearing in Epstein Files
Jack Lang has stepped down as president of Paris’s Institut du Monde Arabe after his name appeared in recently unsealed court documents related to Jeffrey Epstein. The former French culture minister said he had no relationship with Epstein and that his resignation was meant to protect the institution from controversy. Lang had led the Institut du Monde Arabe since 2013. The departure follows renewed public scrutiny after the release of the so-called “Epstein files.”
