Los Angeles's Post-Fair will expand to Paris during Art Basel week

Post-Fair, a curatorially oriented fair associated with Frieze Los Angeles week, will launch its first international edition in Paris from 19 October to 25 October during Art Basel Paris week. Founder Chris Sharp said the fair will take place across two buildings in the Marais and will keep exhibitor costs low at $6,000 for solo or two-person presentations, positioning it as an alternative to the higher costs and competitiveness of major fairs. The invitation-only list, to be announced in September, is expected to include around 34 galleries from cities including Los Angeles, New York, Chicago, Tokyo, Paris, and across the UK. Sharp’s own gallery will present a solo booth of work by 74-year-old Chicago-based sculptor Richard Rezac.
