The Louvre’s Fabled Sculpture Journeys to Rijksmuseum
Artnet News reports that the Louvre is lending its marble sculpture “Sleeping Hermaphroditus” to the Rijksmuseum in Amsterdam. The work will be shown in the Rijksmuseum’s forthcoming exhibition titled “Metamorphoses.”
